Guangdong Province (including the policy for areas excluding Shenzhen, with consistent content) : Under the "Guangdong Global Trade" program, the subsidy for a single booth shall not exceed 80% of the cost, with a maximum of RMB 25,000 per booth. Each enterprise can receive support for a maximum of 2 standard booths (9 square meters per booth) at the same exhibition. In the same calendar year, each enterprise is supported to participate in a maximum of 5 overseas exhibitions in principle.Wenzhou City : For self-organized exhibitions of designated levels, the maximum subsidy for a single booth is RMB 30,000. Each enterprise can be subsidized for up to 6 booths. The total subsidy for all enterprises' booths at a single exhibition is capped at RMB 2,000,000.
Suzhou City : For emerging markets, the booth subsidy shall not exceed 80% of the cost, with a maximum of RMB 35,000 per booth.
Wuxi City : The booth subsidy is up to 70% of the cost, with a maximum cap of RMB 30,000 per booth. In addition, 50% of the transportation fees are subsidized, with a maximum of RMB 20,000 for transportation. For each additional booth, an extra RMB 20,000 (for booth cost) and RMB 10,000 (for transportation fees) will be subsidized. The total subsidy amount for a single enterprise is capped at RMB 150,000.
Yancheng City : The subsidy policy for key overseas exhibitions is the same as that for recommended overseas exhibitions, with the booth subsidy not exceeding 70% of the cost. Enterprises must have export volume in the previous year to be eligible for application.
Shanghai Municipality : The booth subsidy shall not exceed 50% of the cost, with a maximum of RMB 15,000 per booth. Enterprises can apply for a maximum exhibition area of 27 square meters, and the corresponding total subsidy limit for this area is RMB 45,000.
